Pick 'n Pay
She didn't ask for my smart shopper card

I went into pick and pay picked a few items then as I was paying the cashier didn't ask if I have a smart shopper card so I pulled it out of my bag placed it on the counter she continued scanning my things... I paid her and I asked her why she didn't swipe my card... she told me it was too late she can't do anything i told her to sort it out because I wanted my points... she then called some lady and she insisted that she asked for my card of which she didn't I told her if u had I was gona hand to you... the lady she called went on to ask for my slip and the card... she literally snatches the stuff from my hands as if I was at fault... noone apologized or explained what was going on to me... the cashier then tells me to move from the counter I asked her what's going on I need to go... she just looked at me and said nothing... Infront of other customers she made me look stupid... i got my card back still no sorry or anything... I don't even know if they put my points or not
