MAFIKENG MR PRICE HOME IS PATHETIC

Today, Thursday, August 22, 2013, I went to return goods to Mafikeng Mr. Price that I bought on my account, also to buy a curtain. When I stood in line there were 2 cashiers, 1 was busy with the courier, the other wrapping goods. The cashier (1) that was busy with the courier went over to the intercom and called another cashier, 3 minutes passed and no one came to the front. She then asked the cashier (2) that was wrapping the goods to assist me (why she could not think that by herself is shocking). I explained to her that the return goods are on my card, but I want to purchase the curtain with my debit card. Whilst she was trying to scan the barcodes she and the rest of the staff were speaking in their language to each other about the situation and not talking to me at all, I then asked what is going on, the cashier assisting me, computer was giving her a problem, then other cashier (3) then took the items and tried on her computer, she then said that her system is down, can she give me a gift card of R20.00, I asked her why which she replied it's for the difference between the items.
