I had recently ordered my textbooks online to save me the hassle of running from store to store looking for stock. There was a major mix up at the warehouse and somehow my delivery note was mixed up with someone else's packing slip and I ended up with the other person's purchases and not my stuff on 23/01/2014. I immediately emailed the customer services department as there was no answer on their phones. I was told that the courier service would fetch the incorrect items and that they would track my order and have it sent to me as soon as possible. The incorrect items were fetched from my house on 23/01/2014. I was told by a consultant that I'd receive my books by 27/01/2014. I spoke to 2 consultants yesterday and was told that my stuff has not yet been collected from the other person. I later received an email stating that my request for a refund was approved. At no point in time did I ask for a refund. I just want my books as I have due dates looming. Can they not send me another set instead of waiting for the previous set as it was not my fault to start off with. This is frustrating and totally unacceptable. I'm still waiting for a call back from a consultant from 9AM yesterday.
