WRONG TEXTBOOK SUPPLIES

I requested a quote for 2 textbooks I need for my studies. I recieved the quote and payment was made. I phoned to hear when books could be delivered. They said they were currently out of stock with the one book.
I was then contacted to collect as they were in stock again. I sent a friend as I stay 70km away. When I received it I immediately noticed that the books was incorrect.

on their Slip it clearly states the correct book (ISBN 9780195984774) Operation managment 2nd edition. But the book I recieved is (ISBN 9781770255630) Operations Managemet 2nd edition by totally diffent authors. The incorrect textbook. I phoned boksburg Van Schaik this morning when I was told they don't stock the book I requested. I must return the incorrect book for a refund.

How do they quote me on a book that they do not stock? Now I need to drive all the way out to fix THEIR MESS. My petrol my time my money!!! Because someone at the store just decided that the books has the same name so it is okay!!!
