Pathetic Service - use KALAHARI instead!

What a shocking shopping experience I have received from Takealot, very quick to take my money but slow to deliver and then even slower to process refund.
On 20 January 2014 I placed an order with Takealot for 3 items, the items arrived eventually but upon arrival I found that I had ordered the incorrect type of wireless card for my computer - I informed them immediately and requested a return (note - box unopened) - on 23 January I got a vague response saying that the buyers were considering my request, eventually on 27 January the courier came to collect - I have heard nothing since until this morning when I am told that in order to collect the return it would cost me R35.00 - surely this should be communicated up front before the courier has collected the item. Still no indication of when my funds will be returned. Takealot please come and collect my entire order now and refund the full R5700.00 directly into my banking account - your pathetic service cannot go unnoticed. I will rather take my business to Kalahari - at least they respond to emails and requests.
