Not Impressed at all

Yesterday (27 Jan 2014) around 08:25am, I went to Checkers Pineslopes to purchase grocery stickers worth R300 & was told that there's an 'issue' as 'someone' went upstairs with the stickers to do 'something' & I must come back another time. Ok - Fine, I left.

I called that afternoon before I knocked off to find out if their 'issues' are sorted out so that I know the next morning I'll drive past Pineslopes to buy them & I was assured I'll find them.

This morning (28 Jan 2014), I went around 08:10am to get the stickers and the lady that was on duty at Money Market (who was also on duty the previous morning) told me again that 'someone took the stickers upstairs to sort out that 'something' to do with the stickers. I stood there for about 20 minutes before I left the store (with no stickers) as 'whoever' was still sorting out 'whatever'

1. If the store management knows that they have 'everyday issues' to sort out - can't they do that before the store opens?
2. Free Advice: If you cannot render a given service at 8am - don't open the doors until you are certain that you can render all services - it's not like we are not paying??

Bottom line - With all due respect, f'd up service!
