Be aware of rip-off

Be aware. We purchased goods to the value of over R1800 and did not realise that we had been charged for an item named Cobra, valued at R450. This was picked up by the security checker at the door. We were treated like suspects in a "crime" and searched suspiciously by the so-called manager, before our goods were re-scanned and she found we had been overcharged by R450. The money was repaid in cash with NO apology or reprimand to the cashier!! We wonder how often this is happening... we had two toddlers with us and so did not pay due attention to what was being rung up. Take note: this could well be a on unsuspecting customers... the cashier could so easily have taken R450 out of the till. I cannot remember the exact date, but it was approx the 15th January. If contact is made, my daughter will supply the Makro card no to check the date.
