Very Slow delivery

I have ordered an Tablet for R4, 129.65 from Kalahari. I have received an e-mail on Monday 6 January saying that my parcel (KL00629742) was handed over to the courier company and it would be livered within 24-48 hours. This has turned into 168 hours and I still do not have my parcel. I have phoned on Wednesday 8 January to follow up and Kalahari promised me delivery the next day. I phoned in every day and the promises is always that they will deliver early the next day.
This has caused me hours of wasted time on the phone and to get someone to be at home to wait for the package which never comes.
If this Tablet does not arrive tomorrow it will be to late for the start of the school term.
All my calls and pleas to Kalahari fell on deaf ears and I don't know what to do anymore.
