Bad product sold from China - Lounge Suite

This is the second time around that I have a problem with a Lounge Suite from Lewis which I paid for R16999 and a recliner R3999.00. After I bought the Lounge suite it was full of marks - after my complaint to Hello Peter it was changed - two months after my I bought it. This set is not a year old and the springs are coming out of it! My total account was over R49 000 with interest - The recliner is the worst - You can not sit on this chair - the springs are al bulged up. The other chair of this set also like a recliner is also starting to come up (the springs) No Lewis - this set was unpacked and said From China - now we pay big money for our suite - This is not the type of quality that is acceptable - I am very unhappy with this quality of Lounge Suite - my bill is on 48 000 with interest - and I can not accept that this is the second set and its giving problems again. You are really not selling quality lounge suites
