Poor Customer service from Warranty/Returns DEPT

I had given in my new Defy microwave in for repairs at Makro PMBURG on 12th December 2013 as it is under warranty, the light doesn't function. The warranties department can't be bothered as to update me on the repair, everytime I call them they say that it hasn't been repaired as yet. I went through Christmas without having a microwave, I will never support MAKRO PMB again as I have been a loyal customer but not anymore, I rather deal with other companies like SAVE HYPER etc.
