Damaged goods bad attitude

Bought a polo bag from store on 27 Sept 2013 for mum plus other items for over r5000 and Paid with card. Bag is in need of repair on a strap so took it in where I bought it from.cashier would not even talk to me without receipt.u can see it's a polo bag and I just want it fixed for my mum. Worst service ever but if I was white am sure the service would have been excellent. Just take bag back and return money as I don't like the attitude of polo staff and would definitely NOT recommend buying from there.
