In Warranty Microwave works intermittently ME 9114

I bought this microwave from Makro, Springfield just over a year ago.
We use the microwave just about every day and it is very big. So it is very distressing if it fails. Taking it to the warranty repair shop is a big problem and being without it is also a big problem.

They still sell it but nobody has been able to explain (salesman, call centre, TM electronics) why it works intermittently.
The microwave will light up, spin, but the food does not get warm or hot.

Perhaps I am pressing a button that stops it from working?

Sometimes I unplug it for a few minutes and it then works.
