DISSAPOINTED WITH RUSSEL HOBBS EQUIPMENT

On the 16/07/2013 I bought Russel Hobbs 30l microwave from Makro. On the 15/07/2013 i received a call from my wife informing me that microwave doesn't warm food anymore, and unfortunately i was out of the province for me to attend to it. On the 15/09/2013 I came back to the province and i confirmed that all are not in order. On the 16/09/2013 i took microwave to Makro for repairs. After some few days i received a call from Makro informing me that I must pay R356.50 for the service. I also call Desiree from the manufacture about the unsatisfactory and i also inform her that i am going to report the matter to be settled via Hello Peter. On the 4/11/2013 I notioced that the microwave is not working again with the same problem. I requested the supplier together with Makro to replace with the new equipment and the suppier refused my offer, and I explained to them all the monies i spend and the incovienienced caused to I and my family. I have lost trust to Russel Hobbs items as me and my wife we are the best fan for Russel Hobbs items. My customer number is 2169948. I am under stressed as i must take agin half day from my workplace, and all affected my daily salary. Pls help
