Shame on you Woolworths!
I purchased an exchangeable underwear item for R199 just before Christmas, and returned (with till slip) on 28.12.2013 to exchange for another size. Since date of purchase, the price had increased to R260 (an increase of 30%!!!) and I was advised that I would have to pay the price difference on my exchanged item!!! To make matters even worse, the new price ticket was stuck over the original price, which was easily visible on lifting the poorly placed new pricing label.

I note that Woolworths does not respond to hellopeter complaints/compliments, but two previously emailed enquiies to your Customer Service desk elicited no response, save for the automated mail acknowledging receipt.
