Doesn't cover items under warranty

I purchased a microwave from Game. It was under a year warranty. Before the warranty expired, the microwave started to spark. I took the microwave back to Game and they said they will send it for investigations and get back to me (after much drama about honoring the warranty). They called a few weeks later to say the sparking was caused by negligence. This was impossible because as soon as we saw the sparks, we stopped using this and bought another microwave. I am the only one who uses the microwave so how can this be so. Now they have asked me to fit the bill for costs of repairing the microwave even though the microwave is still under warranty. Absolutely shoddy warranties offered by Game. I sent a letter of complaint to Game headoffice and didn't receive any feedback. Be careful, you rather puchase from honest companies who will honor their word. Absolutely disgusted, I will never buy from Game again.
