Takes a Supervisor an HOUR to help!!!

Yesterday i went to checkers with my mom and wanted to purchase butter. the butter i however wanted was out of stock, but was promised another brand at the same price. so i went to the till to purchase and 2 of the 3 were given to me at the promotional price but the third was not. and the cashier then called the supervisor who took her own sweet time to assist us, an hour later.. how is this possible?? an hour??? i was infuriated.. i will NEVER visit that branch ever again! and upon asking her she said she was the only supervisor.. how can such a big store only have one supervisor? I'm seriously not impressed to the say the least.. sort it out.. i still will not visit your store again
