Poor service

I went to the Checkers Waverley branch to draw money from my Capitec Savings account - as this service are advertised on TV.The person at the till refused to assist me with a withdrawl as she did not have money in the till. I had the same story yesterday afternoon also at the Checkers. They dont tell you to wait to get money from the supervisor they just refuse to assist you. The staff are not helpfull or friendly at all!! There are no notifications up that you cant withdraw from the till anymore. This is really bad service from Checkers and I suggest that Capitec amend their advertisement on TV as this service are not available at the Checkers. I don't even want to buy at the Checkers anymore if this is the kind of service they offer.
