Checkers Hillcrest Corner - Disgusting

I have experienced the most shocking service in the Hillcrest Corner Branch - of no fault of mine... I picked up crisps at the Store priced at R7.99. Only to got to the till to be told they scan at R17.99... the shelf edge label cleary displays at R7.99, I took the supervisor to the shelf displaying the R7.99. She just took the self edge label... to the cashier threw it at the cashier said a few words in zulu to he cashier and left. She did not even respond to me, nor acknowledged me, nor apologise to me, nor even explained what was about to happend to assist me. With no one talking or responding to me... I waited for I don't know who next? Then after 5/10 mins Warren appears... a manager I assume. This manager does not greet... does apologise... just stared at me authorises it to the R7.99 price. And walks away. I surely must have been a bother or disterbance to him in his day today. (I actually greeted him and just responded with a hello.) Through out all of this the cashier was the most pleasant... she even apologised.

I am disgusted with my experience at your Hillcrest Corner Branch. Your Store has the wrong people in supervisor and management positions. (Carleen)
