Loreal sublime mousse in Black causes hair loss!

I have used other Loreal hair dyes before and have never had a reason to complain so decided to try the mousse because of the promise of no mess.
I used it a few weeks ago. And the product was not at all as promised. Firstly, the mousse was watery, and no amount of massaging (as instructed) helped. But that was the least of the problems. After following the instructions to the letter, I still had greys. The colour continued to "wash off" with each wash and now most of my greys are back. And that's not the worst of it! My hair has thinned out steadily. My scalp has become visible in spots!
I am really worried about the hair loss.
I will never use a Loreal hair dye again!
I demand an explanation!
