After many calls to Rudnev in Durban to Deena Bisetty with regards to acquiring a quote to replace a door seal, he had eventually sent in a technician to have a look at the seal, a week had gone by and he had not sent through a quote so i countacted him to do a follow up and he very arrogantly told me that i must learn to have patients and he also has other work to do. I cannot understand how people like this can be allowed to deal with customers, i requested a quote from him on the 22/012013 and up until now 20/02/2013 he has not contacted me to forward a quote or even apologise for the manner in which he spoke. If this is how Deena Bisetty deals with customers i am sure Rudnev will be loosing alot more customers in the future because of this arrogant.
