Do not trust Andre from 'MARCON Construction'

This guy gave us a quote of R1 500 to seal our roof and replace the nails, with a promise that he will come back for a second time, and seal it. This did not happen. We then contracted him to replace our ceiling in the dining room, which he did, at a cost of R4 950. with the promise to come back and seal the roof, again this did not happen. Last year we had a similar storm, and contaced Andre, and begged him to come and seal the roof as he promised, he did not show. Today (19/04/2013) we had another hael storm and heavy rain. We still have leaks in our bedroom and study. PS: He drives a red Nissan 1400 bakkie.
