Pricing rip off

I contacted Bergens in Kyalami to replace a seal on the oven. I was quoted R425 for Labour plus parts. I accepted the quote and the technician arrived to repair. I paid the bill R620 ie R195 for the oven seal. I checked with the technician if the seal was a Defy original and he informed me it was. It wasn't a week and the seal came apart and I tried to repair it myself, however after a few repairs my wife decided to phone Defy directly. They quoted Labour R375 plus parts. The technician arrived with a genuine Defy part that looked totally different from that installed by Bergens. price for part R20.50 total bill R450.87.
I complained to Bergens Kyalami and was to about the part being genuine and requested the owner call me. It is now April and no call they don't care about the locals (I live in Midrand) and will rip us off with a mark up of 851%
I sent this complaint to the local newspaper The Midrand Reporter and they did not print it as they, I assume, do not want to offend potential advertisers
