Very rude telephonist

I called Pelican Pools to ask for a quote to repair cracks in pool. Was told - don't know when we can do this, don't know when we get out to quote - only later next week - maybe. When I mentioned that the firm seemed reluctant to do the job or give me a quote, lady starting shouting at me. She screamed - "I just told you we are very busy and won't be able to get there in two weeks! " I was shocked at her attitude. All I asked for was a quote to repair. In this economy hard to believe firms can treat potential customers as rudely as this. I eventually ended the call.
