In january 2013 i called outsurance for a quote and upon speaking to the guy i kindly asked him to speak to his manager and call me back before accepting the quote, in feb they debited money from my account and according to their recoedings i accepted the quote. they will not refund me and yet no one from outsurance calls to apologize. they should change their statement: we bend backwards". i had to phone them and i spoke to atleast 5 people who gave the same excuses. The guy who attended to my call should be more of assistance and at the end of the call ask whether or not we accept the quote. i deal with customers on daily basis but do not give them poor service, i am flabbergusted with the pathetic service of outsurance.how do you accept a quote by asking for my bank details and accepting their debit orders.
