Very Poor Service

Requested a quote have a pool repaired. Russ inspected the pool during December and gave a verbal indication of the price. I requested a written quote which he undertook to email it through. Nothing was received and further phone calls and emails were sent to Russ to follow up.

On contacting him last week he said that he would sort it out. Another call to Russ on Monday to follow up - still no quote. They obviously have too much work and do not care about new customers.

If this is how it starts not sure how good the work will be. Might me be a NSPI award winner but a sure loser in my eyes. Do not blame the economy for tough times!!
