Thank you so much to Fadwa Abrahams at [URL Removed] for FINALLY getting my refund issue resolved, and after just one short phone call today, within a few hours she had a solution for me and implemented it so promptly and professionally, keeping me informed every step of the way, and calling me back twice with updates.

Since December, when the items in question were cancelled by Kalahari due to no stock availability, I have called Kalahari at least 6 or 7 times regarding my refunds which just never happened - I spoke to Rory, Shifa and Shana - all of whom promised to call me back with at least an update as to what the progress was with regards to my refunds, and I am still awaiting for even a single call back from any of these individuals.

I would therefore like to take this opportunity to commend Fadwa Abrahams highly for taking pride in her job, doing her job so well and being so willing to come to a prompt resolution to the refund issue I had. We need more customer service people like her in South Africa - a sincere well done to her for being the only person I dealt with at [URL Removed] that actually got back to me and resolved my issue after close to 2 months of frustration.
