No Delivery, No Call Backs and Bad Attitudes

After ordering a series of books on 13 December 2013, I was given a delivery date which was later extended and the on the day on intended delivery was extended again.

I have emailed customer care (in December already) and called on a weekly basis since the first week of Jan, about 4 times, to query this. However when I am promised a reply or a call back... I never hear from Kalahari again. I have even tweeted at them and I have been told I will get a call back. Three weeks and 4 days later I am still waiting!

This used to be one of my favourite brands. However, their shocking customer service has left me wondering if I will ever use the site again.

I am in desperate need of the book that I have ordered. Orders for the same book (by colleagues) which were place weeks after mine, arrived weeks ago. i am still waiting.

There is absolutely no way to communicate with this company!! And no feedback regarding delivery dates!

If there is one thing that has become clear, it is that Kalahari has no value for their loyal customers.
