FAULTY GOODS NOT BEING REFUNDED

So, I ordered a biltong maker from [URL Removed] and much to my dismay, they sent me a broken one... Anyway, I sent it back on the 9th of December 2013 and to date I have phoned Kalahari more than 10 times, spoke to various different people and nobody can tell me when I am getting my credit for this item.. each time I am promised that they will call me back and they just never do.

I just want to warn anyone out there, if you can, rather go into a store where you can inspect the goods yourself. Even if you get home and find something is wrong at least you can go back to the store with your slip and get a refund, with Kalahari its all about when they FEEL like seeing to you. this was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my dad...
