Excellent Service from Call Centre

I purchased a textbook from kalahari which was an e-book. This e-book was very slow and the page numbers were not corresponding to my study guide. I called the call centre at around 10:30am on Monday the 10th of June and Sulaiman Johnson, the call centre agent, mentioned that this is the second complaint that he has received over the same e-book. He mentioned that he will recommend to his manager that they refund me. I told him that this was very urgent and that I will have to go buy the textbook from a local supplier, but only once they confirm that they will refund me. He said that whe will get back to me before 12. He was true to his word and very professional, and at 11:40am he called me back to say that the refund will be done. I have dealt with Kalahari on many occasions without any issue whatsoever, so I am very pleased that the first time that i have an issue, that it is resolved timeously, and with the utmost professionalism. Sulaiman Johnson is a real asset to your company.
