Excellent customer service

I wish to compliment Kalahari on their continued great service. Sadly these days this is hard to come by. I ordered a webcam which was only going to be delivered in 9 working days. I called through yesterday and spoke to Fadwa Abrahams and asked if it could please be delivered this week as it was urgent. Her customer interaction was excellent and she made me feel as if I was their most important customer by sending a request to the warehouse to despatch my order. I received my order early this morning. A big thumbs up!
