We received our order no: 1001040409 on 06 Dec. The appliance arrive broken. We immediately contacted [URL Removed] to report the issue and request an exchange. We further contacted Kalahari 2 more times with no response at all, finally we spoke to Wasim who promised the unit would be replaced that week (14th Dec). Following this I have again tried to contact Kalahari on 3 more occasions with no response. This service is absolutely terrible and I highly recommend that customers avoid using [URL Removed]
