So it has come to this, me complaining on Hello Peter to see if my account can get sorted.

I have been trying to get a refund since last year and now I have two refunds orders on my name over a month later and nothing resolved. I tried emailing their [Email Removed] but to no avail, nothing resolved.

Okay, so it starts last year when I ordered a 24 hour delivery item (an anti virus). I ordered an item thinking that it would get it the next day as this is normally the case. Well it was dispatched the following day but the courier company could not deliver because they "couldn't find the place" (I have had deliveries many times here before). So when I queried the for information the next day (48 hours later) they wanted to contact me to confirm the address. So instead of calling me the very day that they couldn't deliver they delayed the item by another day. Bear in mind I ordered the item thinking I would get it soon so I told them send it back to Kalahari. It was a flimsy excuse. I then requested a return and refund.

Now you can argue, couriers are not part of Kalahari but they are, they are partnered with them thus are a representing them. I just want this sorted...
