Pick n Pay has and will always be my favourite supermarket, but a lady by the name of Kayleen really spoilt my day with her bad attitude. My friend bought sliced cheese and saw the price at R24.00 but however she misjudged her and the price was R34.99.I don't want to sound but there was a "white"lady who also had a return and she was helped to perfection. When I came spoke to Ricardo who called Kayleen for assistance. Her exact words to him was"Daai return moet wag"without acknowledging or apologising for her actions. Ricardo actually safe the day by apologising for the wait. Kayleen's customer care was pathetic and when I told her she still did not apologise or justify her actions. Then to top it all the return was for R24.00 and it was scanned for R32.00 by this time I was fuming hence if Kayleen handled the situation in a different manner I think I would have been more patient. Thanx Ricardo for saving the day. Kayleen you should go for better customer care.
