I had my iPhone repaired on the 9th of December at Canal walk branch - the dock connector was replaced. On the 26th of December my iPhone 5 all of sudden with out being dropped or anything had lost all network connection. The Canalwalk (Kayleen) branch liaised with the Clearwater (Humphrey) Branch to have a look at the phone.

Humphrey the techie at Clearwater had a look at the phone and called me about an hour later with an update (28 December) that was the last I heard of him, only for me as the customer to call next day to get an update on the status of my phone. The receptionist informed me that he is not in and she had no idea of the status or whereabouts of my phone. This is completely unacceptable!!! As I the customer am in the dark and find this sort of service/communication very much below par I have all lost confidence in iFix and it's ability to have my iPhone repaired! Have gone on a limb to forfeit my warranty with my service provider, I sincerely hope that this matter can be remedied ASAP!!
