I shopped for a few things today and purchased a washing basket. The car code with the basket was marked at R64.99 and a different color next to it at R44.99. Even though not the same colour I assumed it would be marked the same price as the silver ones as it was stacked together. After I paid and walking out I see I paid R79.99 for the item. I approached customer care, the person walked with me to the shelf and saw what I referred to. She in a very abrupt manner told me that is not the code for the white. Which I already explained. I said I can only rely on what is there. She replied it's not her job. At this point my irrtiation turns to extreme intolerance. We return to the customer care station when I see the scan right policy. I asked her about it and she says there is no such thing. At this point I had enough and ask her to return all my goods and I will go to checkers and purchase it. Freda, the client lady comes over and asks me to explain again, at this point she helps the first lady to return my money for the shopping. The manager Robert comes and stands to me. Freda says she is sorry there was a mix up, while the wrong money is returned to me. He says nothing. I leave pnp
