Steel Worx - What a pathetic Company

We had a gate motor imstalled last year October by Ricardo from a company called Steel Worx, before the initial installation took place we paid a 50% deposit with the agreement of the balance being paid on the day of installation which was duly done, Ricardo then informed us that he unfortunately did not have our invoice with him and that he would get his office to fax it through this was NEVER done and to date we do not have proof of our gate motor purchase.

Since the installation was done we have had endless problems with the motor, some days it will work and other days you have to override it and open the gate manually, with several phone calls to Ricardo with regards to the problem we are having he just doesn't seem to care, he does not return calls or bother to make the effort to repair the motor which is clearly still under guarantee and without an invoice we don't have a leg to stand on.
This sort of customer service is appalling and totally unacceptable.
