GETTING 3 CALLS FOR OUTSTANDING R10

I have just sent proof of payment for the full outstanding amount on my account. Please close my account as I am really fedup of getting constant calls from your call centre because I miss paid my instalment with R10 of full outstanding account of R235. I have been a loyal client for about 8 years and now you harass me about R10??? Please close my account as this is really not worth is. The postage and phone calls and time your employees wasted are far more than the R10!!!
