Good day,

On Sunday my brother went to Pick 'n pay Meadowlands to get groceries and part of it was a box of Cornish pie which my daughter does not love. So, since I did not have time on Sunday to return them and won't have time during the week. I then asked him to return them for me during his luck break and get Steak and kidney instate since he works at Cresta mall and he was turned away.

Cresta refused to exchange the pie and told him that he bought them from pick n pay family not from them and needed to return the pie from where he got them.

I'm not happy at all with the way he was treated, I don't care whether you a private company, family pick n pay or whatever It has nothing to do with me as a customer. It is not problem that you have divided your company "Pick and pay " is Pick 'n pay to me. Today is the 3rd day and I still have does pie. Believe you me I will never buy from you again if this is how we get treated.
