Great Customer Service @ Cellphone Dept

I was due for a cellphone upgrade and went to my local Vodacom outlet to enquire which phone I could get and what plan I could change to. Well, as usual, Vodacom was pathetic and the sales lady did not know what to do or say.

Feeling quite disgusted I walked into Edgars in Gateway, did some shopping and saw that they had a cellphone dept. I spoke to a very helpful and very knowledgable chap named Ricardo who not only answered all my questions, but also helped me choose the correct plan for my cell usage. Nothing was a problem with Ricardo. He even gave me a more detailed explanation of the phone I decided on and why the package he recommended was the most suitable for me.

Well done Ricardo. I will most certainly recommend all my freinds and family to you when it is their turn for cell upgrades. Well done Edgars on employing such a brilliant young man.
