Ricardo and Chantal CANNOTto be trusted

About a year ago I had asked RICARDO TO DO AN EXTENTION ON MY EXISTING WENDY HOUSE. ALL went well despite the fact that it took them almost 9 months to set up a 3x6 & add that to an existing 3x6 wendy house. Now when I contact him -he doesn`t answer his phone or when I dial from another number-someone else picks up and portrays that his name is Denzyl from Macassar and he doesn`t know anyone by the name of Ricardo.
The extended wendyhouse built by RCM holmes has x5 leakages and this we only discovered now- in winter.
To date nothing has been done about my complaint. I actually spoke to Ricardo about 3 times after he dediced not to pick up his phone. I am totalyy disgusted as all payments I made to them was on time. I actually paid for something incomplete. I HOPE YOUR BUSINESS GOES DOWN IN FLAMES SO THAT YOU CAN FEEL WHAT IT`S LIKE SLEEPING ON A WET BED WITH WATER DRIPPING ON YOUR HEAD..
