This morning around 9 the staff members of Best Home Electric arrive at my door step with-out any communications to me via sms or phone or email from the branch. The people who came to my home were Anita Fick, Matshidiso and the driver. The white lady (Anita) she started screaming at me from the word go demanding the payment with-out even listening to my side of the story and the sad part is we didn't have any formal appointment. She threaten to repossess my good then I ask her to bring me a court order or a letter of demand from the branch since was the first time I meet her then she told me she doesn't negotiate with Blacks and those were word. I chase them out of the house and she phoned the police. I'm still heart broken and I ask myself is that how Best Home Electric treat their customer, since I bought the staff from this shop I struggle to get my delivery but they say same day delivery and when u get delivery they are second hand goods and as a customer u paid for new goods, when you call the branch demanding an explanation from the branch manager he will keep you on hold and tell you after lie. I hope you will find this in order.
