R1500 damage caused due to incompetence

I recently bought almost R21000 worth of goods from best home and electric. Upon one item was a fridge. They had no stock of the fridge and offered me the one from the floor I kindly accepted the friday after 11 they only delivered on the sat after 2 by sunday the fridge still wasn't cold monday morning I phoned numerous times and eventually went in before eleven choosing another fridge explaining that my goods are going down and it was urgent I phoned the whole day and spoke to management. They promised that it would be here asap. due to non delivery and incompetence from their side I have suffered a loss of just over R1500 and still have no fridge I am highly disgusted in their service and managements lack of communication and incompetence during the day I made 14 calls and still no success just empty promises. I am fed up and don't know what to do anymore I have to this far been very polite and patient. I am taking the matter further with head office and demanding my goods be replaced that I have lost. We also have problems with our dining room set which also has not been resolved and was also delivered the same day.
