Bad Attitude

Good day All

I've recently been experiencing a lot of bad attitude from Best Elect, Branch Manager coming to my work place to demand a payment for the month of December and demanding to see my manager - practically screaming at me and saying he was gone get a summons to take my furniture .. I made a payment on 01/02/13 Even after a payment made, staff from best elect still pitching at at my workplace, i called there offices 20 minutes ago and all they have to say is that they had a problem with their system so they could not pick up that i did make a payment on 01/01/13.
im disgraced by the way the treat what they call their customers. I feel embarrassed and humiliated.
