Washing Machine came with no wheels and now is not

I bought Washing machine, kitchen Unit and Double Bed at Best and Home Electric in Midrand, then the Polokwane Branch delivered. But the machine when we check there was no wheels and I same time called Midrand Branch to tell them and they said they will communicate with Polkwane Branch to come take the machine they delivered and give me the new machine, since then Ive been calling to make followups as Polokwane Branch said they didnt receive any report from Midrand for them to DISPACTH the new Washing Machine. Now the problem is I payed out my Account last year and I have also after then been calling regarding my problem and they keep on promising taht they will come fecth but no one is coming back to me.
I need them to come take their machine and give the new one as not the machine is not spinning abd since the wheels are also not there.

Can Hello Peter please help me resolve this issue as Im not satisfied with Best and Home Electric at all, im a Customer and now my Accountn is payed out I dont owe them anything but its difficult for them to give me a new Washing Machine.

Your responce will be highly appreciated as it is not for the 1st time I report the furniture store & got help
