I bought a R16, 350.00 dining room suit from Morkels Tembisa on the 21 Sep 2013. I tried to pay using a speed point because i was buying it cash, so they told me their speed point is not working i have to go to the nearest branch, electric express. Then i payed them R1000.
So monday (23 September 2013) i phoned the store to confirm if their speed point is working, they said it is still not working but i can make the payment to any group including electric express. So i paid R4000 at Electric express midrand, on the 25th September 2013 i went to the branch and paid them R11, 350.00.
But to my surprice they said they cant pick up the R4000 amount that was paid at Electric express on their system hence i gave them the receipts. They said they'll try to contact the electric expesss store to confirm first because they wont process my delivery before it appears on their system, they promised me they will call me back. I have been waiting for their call but they never came back to me. And the branch manager and financial manager (MORKELS TEMBISA) they were not willing to help, they said theres nothing they can do because its not on their system they wont process the delivery.
