I had purchased a handbag in sept 2013. I am one of the stores biggest supporters as well as my sister. The leather began cracking and a black bag began turning white. From a past experience that my sister had with a bag, I was aware that if u produced your receipt within 6months of purchase, u would be to return the bag. This was the first time I had a problem. I called the branch and informed them that I will be bringing the bag through because I live in park rynie which is distance and was leaving for training the next day. I arrived at the branch, showed them the bag, and they said I must leave the bag there to assess when their manager gets back from leave! I refused. Their attitudes were pathetic! I spoke to sarika on the phone, she had an even attitude! After fighing for my consumer rights, she agreed to a refund, but refused to give me receipt for the new bag that I had selected! This was even more pathetic! When I insisted on receipt in event something happens to the new bag, sarika asked me why do I still purchase at Forever new!!! I've never exchanged a bag before, and because I had selected a new bag I was asked that dumb question! I will never purchase at FN pavilion
