Unreliable and no subsequent support

Ordered Christmas presents on-line on 27 November 2013. Delivery date specified as 11 - 16 December.
No delivery within promised period. Contacted them and they promised delivery by 20 December 2013.
No delivery before Christmas at all which created huge embarrassment and disappointment.
Followed up on the delivery on 2 January 2014 (still not delivered!) and then cancelled the order. They promised a refund between 2 - 4 working days. NO REFUND.
On 7 January 2014 received an email saying my order was delivered. IT WAS NOT. On contacting them they told me "Millicent" signed for it.
No responses to my emails and when I called, they requested me to send an email.
It took all my efforts and contacting every interface to get query resolved. It was later resolved through interaction with the Facebook team.
Out of interest I later contacted them to find out what happened to my order that was apparently delivered to me and received an email that the package was in fact not delivered but located in a warehouse.

Out of personal experience I will NEVER use Superbalist again - I received reliable and excellent service from 5rooms, yuppiechef and kalahari and will rather spend my money there
