Shops, Products, Services

1 November 2013 I fell in pick 'n pay, canal walk there was no sign to say that the floor was wet.
I slipped and fell on the wet floor.
My right knee twisted under my body as I fell. I was on that wet cold floor was embarassing. I couldn't get up as my knee was under by body and a lady from the next row stretched my leg straight from under my body.
The pain was unbearable. after many people coming to see the staff came I couldn't stand as my knee was too painful. They brought a wheelchair.
I was taken to a room to fill out a report. then they called the emergency ambulance. While in in the office the ambulance came and they asked if I have medical aid and I said no So they wheeled me to their medical section to examine the damage I was explained that because I didn't have medical-aid they couldnt take me I must wait for a provincinal ambulance. they examined me and told me to wait for the ambulance and they left.
The ambulance never came.
I went to the doctor and also went to the hospital I gave the manager of pick'n pay all the necessary papers I even bought knee brace all documents was given. I go and ask if there is any answer but all I get answered we waiting on headoffice
