Falling because of messy floo

My wife went to Goodwood N1 city F&V on saturday 21st September. As she was walking she slipped on spilt sugar on the floor, she found out that it was one of the staff that was responsible and never put a sign up or come and clean up. She had a knee operation in this year, and now when she fell she twisted that very same knee. And was in tremendous pain this weekend. She spoke to the manager after incident, he said he will have to look at the video footage. It's been a week now and still had no contact from management. We will be taking this further!
