Non Payment of Ambulance Account

On 08 May 2013 I called the Jet call center as I needed an ambulance to go to the hospital.
The ambulance did arrive and they took me to the nearest hospital, but Jet did not settle the ER24 account.
The amount was then deducted from my medical aid.
I have called Jet numerous times but nobody can assist me.
All they do is put me through from pillar to post.
The last person I spoke to even said I should go to a jet store and speak to the manager.

This is what there website says:
In the event of a bomb scare, fire or criminal offence, you have 24 hour access to our helpline for referral to your nearest police station and, if necessary, an ambulance, the traffic department or fire department.
